Hey there, my name is Jackie Catlin and I am 21 years old. I am a senior at App and I recently transferred here from ECU. Although it is a big transition I am very happy at App and I love the change. I really enjoy being outside and coming to App has offered a lot to do. Some of my favorite things to do outdoors include, hiking, white water rafting, swimming and enjoying the views. Also, being from Massachusetts originally, I look forward to seeing some snow. I started out as a Business major but the further I got into the classes the more I realized that Business was not for me, more specifically math is not my strength to say the least. I changed my major to communication advertising which I am very happy with and find myself interested in a lot of the material. I feel like I have really found something that I can apply myself in which makes school come a lot easier to me. When school does not have me too busy I enjoy being active, shopping and spending time with friends.
